It’s no joke that one is better off meditating than medicating but what about mindfulness? What does it mean ? What is the difference? Why do or be any of either?
Mindfulness is said to be a practice of paying attention and focus on SOMETHING, especially to one’s layers of consciousness. Mediation is considered to be a practice of state of being to pay attention to NOTHING.
How do we practice either and what’s the point?
