Yes, it is time for nurturing … BUT still engage in action to make even one person in our lives a little better off by your efforts. I guess brush with death gives us a different sort of energy and today, all of us, we all experience with this Pandemic, our version of “brush with death”. We are all experiencing, some more intensely than others, brush with death that changes our values and goals in this limited lifetime.

During our limited lifetime, we seek unlimited expanse of universal connections and kindness to last us into eternity. Namaste.

“Best Day Ever” Nostalgia of Wanderlust Squaw Valley

This is the PRE-PANDEMIC YOGA FESTIVAL … where yogis could just gather and practice together and learn and … enjoy the vibe. It is unthinkable now and I so feel sorry for having to “miss out” on that special ENERGY only possible when people gather IN-PERSON in a shared space. Yes, remote learning is wonderful that you can be anywhere and still attend a class, lectures, workshops, etc. what have you – BUT still, the energy when people come together like this is … very special.

I pray for that day when once again, we can come together like this, with JOY rather than fear.

I want to go to back to this place and time ! (I hear it’s no longer called Squaw Valley – Wanderlust – there are so many realizations in America on how race plays a role – and the whole idea of cultural appropriation …let’s just honor the wisdom of all human endeavors including those in science.)
