Balanced Diet & …
Strange… lost 5lbs so far … slow foods, zero processed foods, no refined sugar, yoga, and … jump roping and singing/humming/chanting/praying …
And yes, there’s that doze of stress and anxieties. Not one size fits all – there are ways, methods, techniques on how to deal with all that is going on – please allow me to share and please …Hang in there!
Get some sun – walk – sleep well. Boost your immune system. It’s the best way to protect yourself – to rely on your body’s natural defense system but that requires optimal SELF-CARE of our body, mind and spirit.

Cilantro Pesto
2 bunch cilantro – trim off excess stems
1/4 c EV Olive Oil
1/4 c lemon juice or white vinegar
1 t crushed red pepper
1-2 cloves garlic
Blend in food processor until smooth with optional roasted walnuts.
Enhance anything bland with this sauce with a little kick. Yum 😋
