A day in the life of …That state of being to be at peace; with no regrets; full of gratitude for this life filled with love – THAT you want to carry to the next world. Paramhansa Yogananda !? Spotted a yogi on the right who was a splitting image of Yogananda … unreal. So I thought from sleep deprivation but … real. It’s all real.It was a strange magical day to come upon this festival by pure chance… my jet lag mind-fog lifted with free yoga on the lawn.In gratitude.Breathing in the chilly air provided by the forest, growing a tree of my own… focusing helps with balance, yes? Asked for photos of me in yoga poses … ehhh, so going through our digital photo albums. Seems like hundreds of photos from various workshops, immersions, intensives/training over the years but of me? Hah?! A few from last year’s trip to Vancouver. It’s not a photo shoot; just taken by the arch to the Moon Pavilion thinking as an interesting contrast to the architecture… Ironically, very little photos of me in yoga poses – guess no one can accuse me of vanity. In days of selfies all around us, to me, yoga pose has been more an organic, perhaps a personal thing. Each pose sort of “grows” on you. Love
Trees for balance, focus.
