heed the emergency-experts’ recommendation to have one month worth of essentials at all times, more frail you are or more in the position to care for children and the elderly, you need that supply on hand just in case – perhaps people are now playing catch up to this recommendation and thus, store shelves may be empty of alcohol, toilet paper, drinking water, hand wipes or antibacterial hand jells, no face masks … Or I am hearing some taking advantage by selling online for astronomical price or shipping to hot spots around the world for ridiculous profit margin. I hate that. Exploiting the fears of many and creating scarcity – Isn’t that shameful?
I would be happy to share my 70% alcohol spray should that give you peace of mind. In terms of yoga studios? I would keep 1 meter head/head distance from the neighbors; if you feel uncomfortable using community props, bring your own; Or bring your own towel to lay on; wash hands before and after; don’t touch your face or instead use a tissue if you must or do scratch that itch after washing hands. Also choose a space that’s well ventilated at all times where stale air is flushed out regularly. Or beach or open air places … Don’t give up good healing yoga practices; it’s going to help especially at times like this. Should you have coughs and sneezes … even with no fever, perhaps you can stay home to keep the nervous and faint of heart to feel comfortable. But I guess if you are truly paranoid, why show up – we don’t need that vibe. Fear sucks good energy. Just stay home.
