in spite of the jet lag. It will not set me back. Doing yoga to overcome the “not feeling good” feelings.
It’s not a denial. It’s not a rejection of feeling not good. We all have those days and nights when we simply do not feel good. Physically and emotionally, just not feeling 100%. And we cannot and should not suppress that where there’s a message. BUT I am not talking about denials or denying the permission to feel just awful. It’s okay – be with that feeling. Eventually, it will pass – like all, time will solve the problem.
Here, I am talking about our ability to change. An ability to change the bad to good – to transform the bad to good. We can. Transform.
I am going to feel good today as that’s the intention. The mantra is ? “I feel good.” I feel good and I am grateful to have this practice,
that transforms the Not feeling good TO feeling good.

Okay, hate to be a downer – but call me a realist. Most will get injured when body is taken beyond what’s possible by its makeup as we are not a robot – or even robots break down. Cyborgs and all.

We as humans are amazing in that we have the ability to HEAL. Heal and FEEL GOOD. It’s possible.
Armed with proper knowledge, then with practice, we can train to be more resilient.
