Bee Breath in the hummmm

beeshoney
SOOOO many bees buzzing – My phone camera does not quite capture the crowd of bees flying about from flower to flower. Particularly under this tree, your ears sense the buzz whirling around you – sounds of oscillation taking place right here under the tree…cheerfully calming. Hard to describe but feels so peaceful closing one’s eyes under these flower blossoms …to take it all in, the delicate sounds of nature. It’s just perfect. The sun; the bees, the sounds, the sky, the sun in your face, the breeze in your hair … it’s lovely. Spring is here.
Under this tree, there’s a BUZZ as bees fly about busily.  The hum of buzz is so centering. Surround yourself in the nature’s buzzzzzzoxox🎵

There’s a yogic breathing = pranayama technique called “Brahmari” to bring about that sense of deep calm. It’s like clearing the cobwebs in your mind so that you can access that golden honey within.

The mudra to cover the opening on your face is called the Shanmuhkhi or the “womb” 💕mudra … allowing the sounds to vibrate to the bones.  Clear your own energy pathways !

Sky report

This week’s mornings start around 5:30am … putting on the heater in the car.

But by lunch, ahhhhh sun and blue sky.

🌸 Spring 🌸

A friend’s mother passes. RIP. Like these petals, life is fleeting. But the experience the memory … love is eternal.  Let’s get out and share our gifts     In small ways. It’s enough.

Curry Rolls – Bakery Heaven

A miracle that I did not gain any weight visiting these bakeries in Tokyo – thanking the no-car life with lots of yoga… Nevertheless, I am back on “spring detox” cleanse next week on mostly plant based protein intake. Sayonara Japanese breads, the biggest temptations there – it was not sushi…rather, it’s all the rolls, pastries, cakes, breads – “kashi-pan” plain as in “melon-pan” or filled with jam, custard creams, chocolate puddings, bean pastes, savory and sweet … they are the biggest temptations.
The much loved import from India for decades must be flavor of curry. Here in Japan. You find it of course on rice, even in udon noodles but most loved baked into bread. 3-5 varieties at this bakery near banks of Sumida river.
