Yum ! So flavorful

Tangy Smoky & just a little sweet … this chutney is AMAZINGly refreshing !

I do not miss meat if I can eat like this 🙂

What is it?

No, it’s not pesto but pesto of course would be lovely too – this one has more of a tickle to your tasting bud.

Grilled organic brussel sprouts, mushrooms, cauliflower with curry crisp chickpeas cooled with side of cilantro chutney & yogurt sauce. Admittedly, without this chutney, it’s not as flavorful so highly recommend makign this Green sauce. This home made chutney lasts max 3 days in refrigerator – but best eaten while the GREEN color is vibant!

Hand rolls? No nori? No problem!

Other possibiliites – brown rice, black rice – While I prefer crisp aromatic Nori sheets for hand rolls, when we don’t have it, why not use Kale, Swiss Chard or any large deep green leaves for substitute – wilt them a little steamed or massaged (I grilled them just a little with olive oil and squeezed some lemon juice… ) – these are swiss chard – worked really well and just feels good … The feeling of really having nourished our body … is sublime.
