End of Year Full Moon

When things are beyond and out of control, we practice more this Practice to bring out resiliance at the core in each of us – it’s at times of turmoil, your practice reveals itself. Does everything happen for a reason? Or is it entropy to the maximum we are experiencing now? If so, how do we cope BETTER?

These practices that everyone can do has been around over 2, 3, 4, 5 thousand years developed and evolved by our ancestors for generations to help us better cope for survival and … pure joy. The practice has helped humans endure the losses and battles – plagues, wars, flooding, fires, earthquakes … for some, a devastating effects of emotions that we possess for a good reason – fear, loneliness, anger, sadness … the whole range – the yin-yang. Really? Really. Let’s give it a try – Happy to recommend those teachers, those dedicated professionals who can give you the lift, the support, the … Light.

The emotions of courage and confidence, connection, joy and happiness will come back again and again like ocean waves – some may be suspended but then, natural forces will unfold. The waves will crash and roll onto the sands, the tides rise and falls and we maintain our balance in all weather pattern.

Random sights of hope

We all feel the anguish of not being able to see loved ones; We all feel terrified of pain and suffering and fear looms larger and darker with each news story; then that coping with the disappointments in cancelled and postponed events we so looked forward to … how do you feel? How is your energy? What’s on your mind? How does your body feel?

Even at a breaking point I have noticed how we are so resilient. We are going to bounce back from these adversities with action prayers and … compassion to others and … Self.
