Surf’s up and the beach is covered white … foamy bubbly white that looks like snow but … on a closer look, not. Huge section of the beach was covered in white snow!? When had snow fallen? While it’s challenging to see in this poor visibility weather, what looked like snow was actually sands covered with marshmallows of salt foams. Salt foam and bubbles and winds whipping up more foam into the air. Non stop wind was whipping me into clear alertness. Keeping your eyes open can be a challenge on this stormy beach with high wind alert. So catharic fitting for New Year intention setting. A scream.
@ Muir Beach where 30mph winds howling to awaken our senses.
