Last few years, I have been introduced to two talented artists of Mandala drawings. Both create the most beautiful works of art – this is the first one I was introduced to and even dabbled in with jell pens only to be humbled even more by the intricacies and precision, design and colors of her work.
Here’s the most incredible series of Mandalas … I had been invited to couple of workshops to create my own Mandalas so all the more I appreciate the artistry and the mind boggling details … found myself taken aback – the magnificence of her work is such an eye opener because there’s this cosmo, a mini-universe in each work. Each piece, a micro universe in itself… astounding details and beauty … isn’t it? This series is all about gratitude. That sense of gratitude is what I hope to cultivate when I look back on each day at time of turning out the light.

It’s not some computer graphics, generated by machine language. Each dot, each line, each spiral and circles, drawn by the artist, free-hand …reflecting and capturing her state of mind? with a glimpse at her soul … to me… it’s mind numbing.
