Wrist Care…

We can’t let our temple domes collapse …in solar practices.
In Lunar, temples never collapse:)

– KT or me:)

Just found the following picture accidentally… looks like that game, Twister – nice. I knew I wasn’t the only one suffering from delicate wrists – as I am not muscle bound on my forearms…don’t know if I want to be but would like to do Chaturanga Dandasana, a.k.a. the yoga push-up* or low plank with more grace and strength. Okay, more? perfectly. It is a generalization from observations but guys definitely have an edge on these power poses while I suppose I am more flexible – it’s all so “subjective” meaning individualized:

* Push-ups are for the gym, as you “push” but in yoga, it’s a ‘LIFT”-UP, not a push-up. It’s a lift up up. So PUSH-UP vs. LIFT-UP. There’s an energetic difference.

Just like a sunbeam can’t separate itself from the sun,
and a wave can’t separate itself from the ocean,
we can’t separate ourselves from one another.
We are all part of a vast sea of love, one indivisible divine mind.

I love the ocean – the sounds, the breeze, the ocean fresh smell, the blue grey white translucent colors, the way the light reflects on the water … I can just stare at it all day if only…
