Did not stop me ! Unlike Tokyo where good food is so accessible, one must travel to procure good food here in Northern California … rain or shine ! Felt as though I was risking my life … but my taste buds thanked me braving the road – yes, driving with white knucles. I wish I could just walk and walk and walk as I did in Tokyo.
No, luckily no car up in flames this time.

What just happened ?
So, I nearly died?
No this is not Hollywood – it’s on my drive home this weekend.
There was ominous black smoke ahead as I debated getting off the freeway as I made the approach towards the unknown.
Car is up in flames and there are no emergency vehicles – no sirens – no – nothing – so surreal !!!!!? Life in the day of USA.
I miss Japan. I miss my mommy 🙂 lol:)
