Thank you to my late father and … my mother I get to see everyday. I am grateful I am here and wished I did all these things with my own mother earlier.

Take it from me – spend more time with your loved ones – especially the older generation. Hold their hands, give them a hug, listen to their stories. Over a cup of tea and maybe a piece of cake.
