Marie Kondo and The Healing Yoga … go together of course along with our need to clean and fix, yes, “practically anything”:)

A lovely home made bento gift from friend turned into yoga therapy client.  Never thought of friends as prospective clients but she asked to come up with a “plan” and a “program” for her back care that involved yoga therapy. Happy to be of service in sharing a protocol and encouraging other professionals such as chiropractic doctors and PTs to review the protocols. I am that confident.  I have always been a team player and believe in referrals and expanding the resource for the students/clients.                               

Walked around the airport to find California Studio Craft exhibit at SFO – only when a flight get delayed are you able to take in and appreciate the displays at this airport.
