Saw this the other day…:
A martial arts student went to his teacher and said earnestly,
“I am devoted to studying your martial system.
How long will it take mem to master it.”The teacher’s reply was casual, “Ten years.”
Impatiently, the student answered,
“BUT I want to master it faster than that.
I will work very hard.
I will practice everyday, ten or more hours a day if I have to.
How long will it take then?”The teacher thought for a moment,
“20 years.”
…
On a lighter note… downward and upward dog? This morning’s version?
Very yogic…

Energy… It’s energy – everything is energy and your practice sustains it – harness it for something magnificent. (I say this especially because I saw 2-3 moms-to-be in class…The 9-months of nourishing another life within…you can be the mom who looks and feels drained – or – you can be the mom who grows radiant and strong each day as a divine giver of sustenance…life – all the time, embracing Mother Nature and all her blessings – Take good care:)
