LOVE Stage #5 with Shiba-inu:)

Have faith. It will get easier and you will reap the rewards of consistent regular practice:) If your couch in the living room does not work, visit your local yoga studio – there should be one in every town – just getting away from the couch and TV-set or any electronic devices’ screen for that matter, and step into a space with the pure intention of practicing yoga – that can make a difference. Try other classes and other styles – see what resonates with you. For most it’s much easier with more movement where concentrating on your pose and breath – that focus will put negative or loopy thoughts out of your mind – since you will be too busy focusing on the physical aspects – & that too would be a good challenge also:) Whatever works given your condition – is the practice you need. There’s nothing you should be doing – other than listening to yourself with compassion.

Here’s to emulating the “real” down + up dog – the whole body stretch – stretching our bodies; stretching our mind…

Sounds like “unbearable Lightness of Being” – hardly unbearable, and past bearable – approaching mildly pleasant? approaching pleasant – Get past it all and then … it’s…empty and spacious – nothing … blissful… depending on our mindset.
