From times immortal, there\u2019s always been forest fires &#8211; it\u2019s an integral part of ecological renewals- it\u2019s part laws of nature\u2026 fires and scorched ashes and cleared lands provided some ecological benefits- hard to believe but true. It\u2019s just that in the past us humans did not live so close to areas of dense forestation \u2026 how can we coexist for mutual\u2026 not mere existence and survival but to mutually thrive in harmony?<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In contrast to some sights of dry burned patches of land, Portland is thematic in that, the place is all about the waters &#8211; starting with Columbia River running through\u2026 and waterfall themed parks, there\u2019s rivers running through this land. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sound of water is so purifying and cleansing to our senses, then drinking that spring water quenches the thirst we all feel in our souls. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gratitude for this time out \u2026 for this freedom we had lost during the pandemic the plague and now \u2026 regained.
