It&#8217;s not too sour nor hot &#8211; but just the right complex hotness that&#8217;s not overpowering so we can actually taste the goodness of all the labor-intensive amounts of cabbage and radish that&#8217;s in there. AND this red chilli pepper, she supplied!! YES, all this &amp; more were &#8220;sprinkled&#8221; \ud83d\ude42<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><figcaption class=\"blocks-gallery-caption\">Store bought kimchi is NO MATCH to this home-made Kimichi &#8211; now ready to ferment &#8211; just wait and wait but if you cannot stand to wait &#8211; then, try some fresh.
