That overdrive of revved up autonomic nervous system into that reactivity of fright, flight or freeze.  It&#8217;s not a pleasant feeling when there&#8217;s that SNS is that while PSNS-parasympathetic nervous system is dormant or overwhelmed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We were talking about stress and anxieties where a small reminders of past fears can trigger a cascading reaction of overblown nervous system engaged in a delicate balancing act. Mindfulness practices like yoga and meditation can restore and help recalibrate what\u2019s off balance &#8230; Now more than ever &#8211; fatigued and exhausted from surviving one whole year of Pandemic changed way-of-life, just getting in touch with nature- may also prove so &#8230; medicinal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Find what give you joy \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Find acceptance rather than resistance &#8211; why?  isn&#8217;t wearing a mask like second nature by now?  It&#8217;s lovely for dealing with allergy season or piercing cold air &#8230; and why not dress them up with inspriring colors and fabric designs&#8230; have fun with them !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Know your purpose and be intentional which is another way for saying, be &#8230; puposeful:)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Breathe in the now &#8211; fill up with abundance and &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Let go of all thoughts, things, emotions that do not serve you in the moment.  Flush out the toxins and trash &#8211; simply Purge and Empty out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Only then, feel the authenticiy &#8230; the abundance we are capable of filling up with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>****** we then get to&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refresh &amp; Renew !
