Self-forgiving and recharging by way of &#8230;self-care<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Stopped holding my breath and clenching my fists, tightening jaws, wallowing in constant worries (many out there doing this unconsciously so there&#8217;s various techniques for self-study and relief) &#8211; all that you learn what not to do in yoga &#8211; waiting for the result of PCR test for my mother, unfortunely exposed, by a visiting nurse who was in close contact with a family member who tested positive &#8230; what who when? Heart stopping scare &#8230; Let&#8217;s face it &#8211; we can&#8217;t completely rid of all risks, never &#8211; but, this one is a tough one to swallow.  So what then?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Breathe IN &#8211; mantra &#8211; SOOOOOOOOOO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>and instead of saying &#8220;what&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Breathe OUT &#8211; mantra &#8211; HUMMMMMMMMMMMM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let the sound of MMMMMM buzzzzz in your brains to feel the vibration &#8211; feel it? &#8211; of that healing SOUND. May that natural sound BUZZZZZ vibration cleanse off the debris, the stickiness and wash over you to bring out your LIGHT within.  We still have it within us &#8211; No matter &#8211; in the soundscape we immerse ourselves into.
