mom pushing a baby in stroller and &#8230; jogging &#8230; HUMBLED. BUT slowly recovering. Seems like I get into these energy depletion bad state of mind when I don&#8217;t practice yoga and other mindfulness lessons. We have to carve out the time just for yourself when there are so many distractions &#8230; and doing anything takes so much more effort and time &#8211; there&#8217;s a little flow chart in your head all the time with any action you take; our nervous system is screaming.<br><br>Back to the mat to calibrate that balance I lost. I am reaching for the tools and skills from years on training &#8211; it&#8217;s about fear &#8211; it&#8217;s about how to deal with anxieties and agitation of this current time by cultivating that CALM, the peace within during this turbulent times. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We all feel the anguish of not being able to see loved ones; We all feel terrified of pain and suffering and fear looms larger and darker with each news story; then that coping with the disappointments in cancelled and postponed events we so looked forward to &#8230; how do you feel? How is your energy? What\u2019s on your mind? How does your body feel?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even at a breaking point I have noticed how we are so resilient. We are going to bounce back from these adversities with action prayers and &#8230; compassion to others and &#8230; Self. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>May you be Safe<\/p><p>May you be Well<\/p><p>May you be at Ease with Loving Kindness.<\/p><p>May we be Safe<\/p><p>May we be well<\/p><p>May we be at ease&#8230; <\/p><p>May we breathe steady and easy <\/p><p>May we allow that softness to envelope us and cradle us<\/p><p>May we love and be loved distanced but together in spirit&#8230; Namaste.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We all feel the anguish of not being able to see loved ones; We all feel terrified of pain and suffering and fear looms larger and darker with each news story; then that coping with the disappointments in cancelled and postponed events we so looked forward to &#8230; how do you feel?
