out the notion you grew up with. What&#8217;s commonly held assuptions and so called &#8216;common sense&#8217; are not the same, once you cross borders, cultures, land mass and oceans.  And the fact that your long held assumptions and presumptions no longer serving you is, not all together a bad thing.<br><br>Being flexible and pliable while staying strong to your core &#8211; living your yoga &#8211; is what saves you and I.  We are open and porous, therefore, we are vulnerable.  And&#8230; that&#8217;s okay.  We can cope with all the given tools and techniques to bring about deeper and greater peace in the midst of this turmoil we call &#8220;the pandemic&#8221;.  At the very least, it&#8217;s our common enemy and malaise to conquer.  Together. <br><br> In Japan where I spent my formative years, I was taught the flowers of the four seasons.  But here, even though it&#8217;s Winter, I see what I would consider as flowers of spring as well as summer blooming !  Then, there&#8217;s the beautiful Fall Foliage of leaves turning colors and falling to the earth.  In the same juxtapozed and colorful garden. It&#8217;s winter. Here.
