I love battera sushi SO I even purchased and brought back these wooden molds from Japan &#8230; well, long time ago &#8230; but &#8230; never used them until now !  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interesting what you find in the deep corners of cupboard located too high for reach.  Forgotten tools, misplaced intentions that laid to waste; now given fresh breath of life in first time use. Battera sushi? Ummm, not as good as the ones made by real sushi chefs &#8211; not even close &#8211; but &#8230; this will have to do for now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you Rumi for the chimichurri sauce recipe &#8211;
