{"id":23787,"date":"2019-10-19T00:23:54","date_gmt":"2019-10-19T07:23:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/?p=23787"},"modified":"2019-10-29T16:45:58","modified_gmt":"2019-10-29T23:45:58","slug":"23787","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/beautiful-places\/23787\/","title":{"rendered":"To the Beach"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>What to do when work&#8217;s done, deadlines met, responsibilities fulfilled?<\/p>\n<p>What do you do when you were in a survival mode to &#8220;get the job done&#8221;!?<\/p>\n<p>&amp; it&#8217;s finally &#8230; done?<\/p>\n<p>Yes, to the beach &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>To breathe, to re-calibrate, to fill up with fresh air, running between the waves, smelling the salty ocean, the surf, overlooking the horizon where the ocean blue meets the sky blue &#8230;where clouds move and shift as waves gather and crash onto the sands &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>breathe in fresh ocean scented air &#8230; breathe out staleness and fatigue, re-calibrating that balance, we owe to ourselves to renew.\u00a0 There&#8217;s resurgence of &#8230; energy and upon leaving the beach, feeling so much<\/p>\n<p>*** Gratitude ***<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, there&#8217;s was sense of imbalance (literally feeling vertigo due to my inner ear tubes impacted by hot air and air travels &#8230; fixed), today there&#8217;s the sense of being whole and well.
