(\u5065\u5eb7\u3068\u7652\u3057\uff1a\uff09<\/p>\n<p>200 hot springs !!!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-23548\" src=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/img_8753.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"227\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-23549\" src=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/img_8754.jpg\" width=\"304\" height=\"230\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In 1998 Winter Olympics was hosted at this location<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-23551\" src=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/img_8755-1.jpg\" width=\"452\" height=\"601\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-23552\" src=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/img_8756.jpg\" width=\"394\" height=\"298\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-23553\" src=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/img_8757.jpg\" width=\"408\" height=\"309\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Prada?\u00a0 Guess crazy rich asians show up here &#8230; tons of tourists\u00a0 Not my kind of place probably because &#8230; I am not CRA but a humble one with reasons for being here a bit different from the shoppers here.\u00a0 Why am I hear?<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s for a very extraordinary school campus to visit.<\/p>\n<p>And always there&#8217;s time for YOGA:)\u00a0 The class advertised looks very enticing &#8211; just wear regular clothes &#8211; offering of locally sourced fruits and veggie smoothies for the participants.\u00a0 Lovey idea. *Realized why we have no desire to wear the American ideas of yoga wear such as Lululemons &#8211; it&#8217;s way too muggy with high humidity, there is no one who would want to wear that kind of tight fitting body hugging clothing doing yoga.\u00a0 Loose fitting cotton tunics and light pants makes sense in this climate &#8211; further reminding us that yoga is not &#8230; gymnastics.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-23554\" src=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/img_8763.jpg\" width=\"453\" height=\"601\" \/><\/p>\n<p>An offering of a very grounding and serene morning yoga class &#8230; the air is fresh, everything so moist and dewy.\u00a0 Indoor options I am sure is available but &#8230; if you are in Karuizawa in the summer months, why?\u00a0 Breathe in the fresh air; cool down from the Tokyo heat.\u00a0 Refreshing not sweating.
