{"id":2249,"date":"2014-03-19T08:52:34","date_gmt":"2014-03-19T15:52:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/?p=2249"},"modified":"2014-03-19T20:12:05","modified_gmt":"2014-03-20T03:12:05","slug":"circle-tomorrow-at-740am","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/yoga\/circle-tomorrow-at-740am\/","title":{"rendered":"Tomorrow at 7:40am &#8211; Circle the calendar&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bay Club, Redwood Shores &#8211; as I sub for another lovely soul, Myra. \u00a0All around me signs of spring. \u00a0Spring is here. \u00a0Cherry blossoms are blooming and wisteria too; \u00a0gardens awash with pinks and lavender &#8230; pastels and light abound &#8230; beautiful .. and my eyes are tearing and my voice is hoarse and scratched &#8211; BUT, hope with some neti pot, I will be healed by tomorrow AM. \u00a0At least, it&#8217;s not a cold; just an allergy.<\/p>\n<p>I know at least 3 who are down with a cold and fever and suffering at home while the weather is sunny with blue skies outside. \u00a0The change of season from winter to spring is a time of transition and all of us are adjusting. \u00a0While you are feeling antsy as with onset of spring fever and thoughts of summer &#8211; then thoughts of weight loss and exercising like crazy to achieve that &#8220;image&#8221; &#8211; \u00a0All good if not excessive and paying heed to your body&#8217;s signals. \u00a0Eating right first and foremost and Rest is the key&#8230; Hope to address that tomorrow AM with a practice to boost your immunity. \u00a0I need to rest&#8230; \u00a0As Judith would say &#8220;Changing the world, one Savasana at a time.&#8221; \u00a0Luckily I learned from her &#8230; ahhh. Stress? \u00a0What stress?
