What it feels to be part of this universe&#8230; to be connected to this natural world. \u00a0Tune into your inner orbit, tune into your own natural r<b>hythm&#8230; Allow your rhythm to harmonize with everything around you.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In our solar system, moon orbits around the earth, earth orbits around the sun&#8230; moon, earth and the sun is in near approximate alignment (off by about 5 degrees on\u00a0the earth-sun orbital plane)\u00a0at full moon&#8230; As we approach the Spring equinox we follow the flow of nature, stretching our limbs and come out of hibernation mode, unfurling new life as blossoms around us flower.<\/p>\n<p>We direct our attention to the moon and the sun for a renewed source of energy &#8230;Many of us may feel a bit like a yawning child roused from delicious slumber, losing one hour over the last weekend when the daylight savings time went into effect. \u00a0It&#8217;s harder to rise in the morning and it&#8217;s easier to stay awake later into the night&#8230;or disturbed sleep at wee hours of the morning for no apparent reason&#8230; \u00a0March is a month of transition. May your practice provide stability through the change in season as Spring Equinox nears. Spring Equinox is on the 20th this month. \u00a0I love March &#8211; it&#8217;s my birthday month:) Yeay!<\/p>\n<p>The night is still young at 4:15 but if you want to feel restored, stop by the studio &#8211; the studio is ECO-GREEN and so CLEAN and most importantly relative to our practice&#8230; enough props for support:) to share&#8230; it&#8217;s a lovely space to take a deep breath &#8230; and let go.
