EST<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Already it&#8217;s getting darker and chillier outside in the mornings &#8230; and that means extraordinary will, a determination to make it to the gym, the studio, to your practice before sunrise.Sunrise being around 7:30am these days, for me, the drive is to feel and see the sunrise, which &#8230; is a spiritual feeling &#8230; a magical awakening.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>So being that it&#8217;s with an effort, we make our way to this undertaking called &#8220;practice&#8221;,\u00a0 I am more in awe and gratitude for anyone showing up for self-care.\u00a0 Is it more a self-care to lick our wounds and stay under cover or do some other activity to let your body rest (good!) &#8230; maybe.We are all busy &#8230; but happy if we all carry just a little yoga intention off the mat so days off, we all need to care for self and others.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/img_3314.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-20776\" src=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/img_3314-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/img_3314-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/img_3314-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/img_3314-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/img_3314-400x300.jpg 400w, https:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/img_3314.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Many friends go on walks and so do I when I want to catch up by walking and talking.
