Yes. Vegan? No, sorry &#8211; I love sushi too much &#8211; I now never eat them in the US &#8211; it&#8217;s just not good unless it&#8217;s prohibitively expensive so I pass\u00a0 &#8211; sorry, but here &#8211; OMG, it&#8217;s excellent &amp; reasonable &#8211; after all, it&#8217;s our soul food.\u00a0 Yet, I do vegan cleansing on seasonal basis &#8211; at transition from one season to next, I will go on 10- 30 days (have gone one full year once and that did not work well for me), completely vegetarian &#8211; then vegan (progression) diet &#8211; then progressively return to primarily Pescatarian diet.\u00a0 Change of seasons is an important tuneup time for our system.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-20456 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/img_3029.jpg\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1536\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/img_3029.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/img_3029-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/img_3029-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/img_3029-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/img_3029-400x300.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Actually above sampler from Haneda Airport &#8211; but ingredients from Tsukiji. Another Japanese soul food to be sure &#8211; soba. A lot of tourists milling about in this world famous fish market.
