Winter strawberries are a bit white but very very sweet.  The outward color is deceiving.  It looks  a bit unripe but it&#8217;s quite &#8230; RIPE.  Winter ripe strawberries at a street stall in Tsukiji had long lines &#8230; as other stalls. Berries and sushi?
