until another day on the beach where she can again exercise her poetic licence. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I am a creature of this earth<br \/>\nI make my imprints<br \/>\nI care not<br \/>\nHigh Tides Low Tides<br \/>\nwashes away my imprints<br \/>\nI welcome the repetition<br \/>\nSaluting the Sun<br \/>\neach time, fresh, crisp and sharp<br \/>\nmolding the sands before the next<br \/>\nSwell of the sea that breaks upon the shore<br \/>\nSaluting the wind<br \/>\nI never tire of this<br \/>\nimprints are meant to be washed away<br \/>\nover and over, such predictability, the assurance, the security<br \/>\nknowing that the unstoppable waves keep coming<br \/>\nintent on living in the moment&#8230;untethered<br \/>\nface the sun, fill up with its brightness<br \/>\ndrink up the sky<br \/>\nsoak up the salty moist winds<br \/>\nfrolic silly on the sands<br \/>\nplay<br \/>\nwith this creature<br \/>\nwho sprung up with wagging tail<br \/>\nfull of joy<br \/>\nalert and living this Now&#8230;<br \/>\nUnleashing this intention to live<br \/>\nfully, on and off the mat,<br \/>\non and off the beach.<br \/>\nImprints tattooed within.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8211;
