It will not set me back.  Doing yoga to overcome the &#8220;not feeling good&#8221; feelings. <\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not a denial.  It&#8217;s not a rejection of feeling not good.  We all have those days and nights when we simply do not feel good.  Physically and emotionally, just not feeling 100%.  And we cannot and should not suppress that where there&#8217;s a message.  BUT I am not talking about denials or denying the permission to feel just awful.  It&#8217;s okay &#8211; be with that feeling. Eventually, it will pass &#8211; like all, time will solve the problem.<\/p>\n<p>Here, I am talking about our ability to change.  An ability to change the bad to good &#8211; to transform the bad to good.  We can. Transform.<\/p>\n<p>I am going to feel good today as that&#8217;s the intention.  The mantra is ?  &#8220;I feel good.&#8221;  I feel good and I am grateful to have this practice,<br \/>\nthat transforms the Not feeling good TO feeling good.<\/p>\n<p>Incredible spine health &#8230; His spine and knees are super-human &#8211; it&#8217;s yoga-ish:)<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ZeAJVVSDy5g<\/p>\n<p>Okay, hate to be a downer &#8211; but call me a realist.  Most will get injured when body is taken beyond what&#8217;s possible by its makeup as we are not a robot &#8211; or even robots break down. Cyborgs and all.  <\/p>\n<p>Still<br \/>\nWe as humans are amazing in that we have the ability to HEAL.  Heal and FEEL GOOD.  It&#8217;s possible.<br \/>\nArmed with proper knowledge, then with practice, we can train to be more resilient.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>in spite of the jet lag.
