It&#8217;s not a practice. It&#8217;s not a doing.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Eckhart Tolle is a best selling author because he distills the teachings of Buddha into something simple in plain language Westerners can understand.<br \/>\nHard to wrap your hands around Sutras this and that but &#8230; this, we can understand.  Kind of like the Suzukis.  Deceptively simple and yet so hard to do for many of us;<br \/>\nAcknowledge it is what it is.<br \/>\nTo surrender our egos and accept that this is enough.<br \/>\nThen, maybe we can begin to cultivate this heartfelt gratitude<br \/>\nfor &#8230; this gift of life, &#8220;my life&#8221; with all the ups and downs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Manifested &#8220;aliveness&#8221;!
