Spotted a yogi on the right who was a splitting image of Yogananda &#8230; unreal.  So I thought from sleep deprivation but &#8230; real. Seems like hundreds of photos from various workshops, immersions, intensives\/training over the years but of me? Hah?! A few from last year&#8217;s trip to Vancouver. It&#8217;s not a photo shoot; just taken by the arch to the Moon Pavilion thinking as an interesting contrast to the architecture&#8230;  Ironically, very little photos of me in yoga poses &#8211; guess no one can accuse me of vanity. In days of selfies all around us, to me, yoga pose has been more an organic, perhaps a personal thing. Each pose sort of &#8220;grows&#8221; on you.  Love<\/p>\n<p>Trees for balance, focus.<br \/>\nTriangles for strength, stability.<br \/>\nWarriors &#8230;for strength, done &#8211; dynamically &#8230;agility.<br \/>\nRestorative helps with Pratyahara so you can do all the above and more.<br \/>\nAnything that makes you feel alive and well !
