Looking back, it&#8217;s probably due to unintended portion control, veggie choice, and &#8230; just taste and flavor that satisfies without a second helping because as they say there, food is to be enjoyed not only with your taste buds but with your eyes &#8211; it&#8217;s very visual with delicate, artistic presentation.  You just don&#8217;t have to eat that much to feel content.  Delicate, subtle, beautiful &#8230; awakening the senses of a very tired traveler.
