Whhhat? Did I hear that right?200?Maybe 300, she smiles.  Practice, practice if you want to get it right&#8230; it&#8217;s everywhere. There&#8217;s &#8220;energy&#8221; felt in the clean fresh air here.<\/p>\n<p>Wouldn&#8217;t it be cool if there was a meaning, an intention to everything we did? (or would that make us go crazy, lol)<br \/>\nWouldn&#8217;t that &#8220;intention&#8221; in our actions (or in this case, non-action) defog your muddled thoughts ?<br \/>\nWouldn&#8217;t that bring back the &#8220;one-pointed&#8221; samurai sword like focus and direction?<br \/>\nNo, not quite Sankalpa &#8211; not so grand &#8211; what I mean is, more of clear, calm, focus, devoid of distractions on things we do that appear to be just a natural progression of things we let happen.  It&#8217;s no big deal.  Almost a realm of not caring&#8230; the ordinary.<br \/>\nPrecisely.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/kaya.bmp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/kaya.bmp\" alt=\"kaya\" width=\"500\" height=\"288\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12075\" \/><\/a> (Kaya, the American Girl doll, who &#8220;draws strength from stories and lessons of the elders&#8221; in the tribe &#8230;a definite choice for my inner child:)<\/p>\n<p>I used to have long hair in my 20&#8217;s for wrong reasons and cut them when I was super busy to deal with the maintenance and this, because I wanted to do the gym and long hair was ikkey with all that sweating.  Today it&#8217;s back to long &#8211; and I am not doing hot yoga anymore.<\/p>\n<p>Today it&#8217;s long for a reason I may share someday &#8230;it&#8217;s not any holding your breath in anticipation kind of a reason.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, my sister is visiting and when she saw me in my long hair I have not fashioned for awhile she said:<br \/>\n&#8220;Oh, are you donating your hair to Locks of Love?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>me:  &#8220;?&#8221;  <\/p>\n<p>She mentioned <a href=\"http:\/\/www.locksoflove.org\/get-involved\/\">this organization<\/a> and now I have a mission to grow my hair even longer!<\/p>\n<p>My intention is to donate my hair when it&#8217;s long enough &#8211; for those with long hair, maybe you&#8217;d consider it too?<\/p>\n<p>To have the hair length of 10 inches from tip to tip is pretty long&#8230; never had it so long so it&#8217;s kind of a challenge &#8211; feel like cutting it today so exercising patience.
