everyone has a story to tell or an imagination to share.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Prom_IMG_6848.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Prom_IMG_6848.jpg\" alt=\"Prom_IMG_6848\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10503\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Prom_IMG_6848.jpg 500w, https:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Prom_IMG_6848-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Prom_IMG_6848-400x300.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Despair Not<\/p>\n<p>Clad in armor he was<br \/>\nan aspiring hero-to-be<br \/>\nvictorious armor of protection<br \/>\nagainst brutal forces that<br \/>\nturned out to be<br \/>\nNo match against the<br \/>\nfragile delicate thing &#8230; baring the soul, naked and vulnerable<br \/>\nBroken, she says, I am broken.<br \/>\nWearing a smile, throbbing pain override<br \/>\nwith not even a grimace,<br \/>\nwicked to see a smile of a person lying on a bed of<br \/>\nthorns&#8230; as if.<br \/>\nsticking needles and brewing herbal tea can remedy<br \/>\nwhat&#8217;s broken&#8230;<br \/>\nlike cocktails of elixir<br \/>\nshe claims is the cure.<br \/>\nfor the broken, there&#8217;s<br \/>\nfaith hope a little witchcraft<\/p>\n<p>if a yogi should levitate through air and hop into side crow,<br \/>\nthe broken buried her head deeper under a turtle shell<br \/>\nmelting softly onto the<br \/>\nearth as if to pose as a puddle on the earth surface,<br \/>\none with the molten volcanic earth center&#8230;surrendering<br \/>\nquiet and soft &#8211; quiet as in quiet before a storm or &#8230;<br \/>\ncleansed and purified like that moment<br \/>\nthat stillness after that storm when<br \/>\nall were flooded washed away and gone,<br \/>\nstorm has passed leaving<br \/>\n vast emptiness<br \/>\nit&#8217;s a quiet death we do not fear as<br \/>\n&#8230; life is detected with each inhale<br \/>\nher turtle shell rose; each exhale her turtle shell sank closer to earth, hovering over the bed of flowers<br \/>\nin full bloom &#8230; from nowhere comes<br \/>\na curled tail<br \/>\nlicks away the streams of oozing blood<br \/>\nstreams of salt water dried over glistening eyes<br \/>\nlike the moon reflected on a pond where the thousand petaled lotus blossoms<br \/>\ncuts and scars no longer raw but a tattoo, an artful design etched &#8230;in somatic memory<br \/>\nstabs turns to scabs and once again, smooth skin reclaimed<br \/>\nblue-black marsh lands of bruises and rock crevices in peach-grey scars fading and fading into<br \/>\noblivion<\/p>\n<p>Broken once or twice maybe three times<br \/>\neach time fused together &#8211; stronger<br \/>\nso despair not.<br \/>\nStrength &#038; flexibility returns with ease over time<br \/>\nfor time &#8230; heals all.<br \/>\nBroken fused things infused with light<br \/>\nreflect light differently &#8211;
