I knew I wasn&#8217;t the only one suffering from delicate wrists &#8211; as I am not muscle bound on my forearms&#8230;don&#8217;t know if I want to be but would like to do  Chaturanga Dandasana, a.k.a. the yoga push-up* or low plank <a href=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/yoga\/7904\/\">with more grace and strength.<\/a> Okay, more? perfectly.  It is a generalization from observations but guys definitely have an edge on these power poses while I suppose I am more flexible &#8211; it&#8217;s all <a href=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/yoga\/7334\/\">so &#8220;subjective&#8221;<\/a> meaning individualized:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/wrist.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/wrist.png\" alt=\"wrist\" width=\"650\" height=\"693\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8364\" srcset=\"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/wrist.png 650w, http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/wrist-281x300.png 281w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/a>from http:\/\/www.exploringdreamstate.com\/<\/p>\n<p><strong>* Push-ups are for the gym, as you &#8220;push&#8221; but in yoga, it&#8217;s a &#8216;LIFT&#8221;-UP, not a push-up.  It&#8217;s a lift up up.  So PUSH-UP vs. LIFT-UP.
