{"id":3216,"date":"2014-05-27T10:08:46","date_gmt":"2014-05-27T17:08:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/?p=3216"},"modified":"2014-05-29T09:39:30","modified_gmt":"2014-05-29T16:39:30","slug":"3216","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/wagayoga.com\/blog\/uncategorized\/3216\/","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Words of my Yoga Alliance certified Sri* Yoga School Instructor Training teacher when I mentioned my first &#8220;real&#8221; class and how I was feeling anxious about it way back when:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff99cc;\">I am so thrilled to hear about your new class. \u00a0You will be perfect. \u00a0The nervousness will dissipate for sure and &#8230; just &#8220;get out of your own way&#8221;, breath and remember these are not just people. \u00a0They are souls yearning for love and acceptance. \u00a0Big Hugs!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We are all so blessed with great teachers &#8211; We all need pep talks, encouragements, support &#8230; we all need love and acceptance!
