In imagination or in real &#8211; dreaming of Mt. Shasta to boost our immune system:  Pure water; nourishing foods; rest and yoga &#8230; First two photos from late Maty Ezraty&#8217;s immersion 5 years ago.  So grateful that I had that opportunity to learn from a legend. The aura, the presence, the power, the mastery, the fierceness and &#8230; the vulnerability &#8230; all there, with the common thread running through all her facets &#8230; the humility.  <br><br>Do today what you plan to do later  &#8211; do not put off &#8230; lessons are learned when you live and learned from those who went before you.  Some day I will do this&#8230; some day I will do that &#8230; it&#8217;s good to set goals and dream but &#8230; each day, take real action. A little baby step even. That could mean just stepping onto a mat.<br>***<br><br>What saves us?  Ultimately &#8220;beauty&#8221; &#8230; Beautiful memories of beautiful places and people.  Reminded also that beauty is to the eyes of a beholder.
