Yes, there will be a logical flow to this one &#8211; unlike the pure restorative class I used to teach in the past, I will compensate for the lack of props by other means:)  The heat and a bit more movements that flows through for a detox effect.  At least, that&#8217;s the plan:) <\/p>\n<p>Today I attended a teacher training titled &#8220;Integrating Cancer Survivors into All Yoga Classes&#8221; with Lorien Neargarder, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT.<\/p>\n<p>E-RYT means &#8220;Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher&#8221;  meaning you have an experience of at the very least 2 years teaching;<br \/>\n&#8220;500&#8221; stands for the number of hours of your yoga teacher training you have undergone. Most common basic is 200 hours.<br \/>\n&#8220;C-IAYT&#8221; &#8211; means Certified International Association of Yoga Therapists.<br \/>\nAs of today, there are only 27 accredited yoga therapy programs in the world (Canada, India, New Zealand, Brazil and USA) to certify yoga teachers as yoga &#8220;therapists&#8221; according to the standards set by IAYT.
