Gratitude for the lovely afternoon…

Omotesenke school tea session where a teacher is flexible enough to allow the use of a yoga block for a newbie, where sitting “Indian pose” is required for hours.

I was ready for my cat/cow and up down dog after a deep bow to the master. I have so much respect for someone who studies and cultivates and an art form then shares with others with generosity.
