How can one prevent or remedy the nervous system response from defaulting into an overdrive ? That overdrive of revved up autonomic nervous system into that reactivity of fright, flight or freeze. It’s not a pleasant feeling when there’s that SNS is that while PSNS-parasympathetic nervous system is dormant or overwhelmed.
We were talking about stress and anxieties where a small reminders of past fears can trigger a cascading reaction of overblown nervous system engaged in a delicate balancing act. Mindfulness practices like yoga and meditation can restore and help recalibrate what’s off balance … Now more than ever – fatigued and exhausted from surviving one whole year of Pandemic changed way-of-life, just getting in touch with nature- may also prove so … medicinal.

*Find acceptance rather than resistance – why? isn’t wearing a mask like second nature by now? It’s lovely for dealing with allergy season or piercing cold air … and why not dress them up with inspriring colors and fabric designs… have fun with them !

*Breathe in the now – fill up with abundance and …
*Let go of all thoughts, things, emotions that do not serve you in the moment. Flush out the toxins and trash – simply Purge and Empty out.
*Only then, feel the authenticiy … the abundance we are capable of filling up with.
