First attempt making BATTERA SUSHI. I love battera sushi SO I even purchased and brought back these wooden molds from Japan … well, long time ago … but … never used them until now !
Interesting what you find in the deep corners of cupboard located too high for reach. Forgotten tools, misplaced intentions that laid to waste; now given fresh breath of life in first time use. Battera sushi? Ummm, not as good as the ones made by real sushi chefs – not even close – but … this will have to do for now.
