Reminded as with all routines and rituals, repetition is the key. Besides, stretching can feel soooo good before and after interval training or just because. Ideally, sweat, drink liters of water infused with electrolytes … then get some Yin for the optimally calibrated nervous system and a well restored state of vitality. I am taking good care of myself so I can take better care of others.

Why oh why?

Usually Labor Day weekend marks the end of summer and … we feel the autumn season approach. This weekend is a time of transition.

Heatwave? Well, let’s enjoy the last bits of summer as … Autumn is coming, one of my favorite seasons. So… our neighbor up north has this well balanced yogi as their leader but … why, oh, why, here in US … !%#$$$*?

It’s time to do more yoga and then …work towards a change for the better.
