Farm fresh eggs are supposed to last longer.subtle green and blue hues are so pretty.

Chocolate dipped ricotta filled cannoli – from Marie’s bakery north end. Kind of like Little Italy in San Francisco.  

So the lesson we learn each time we visit places – It’s best to get recommendations from the locals or those who visit this place a lot. Thank you for the recommendations.

In no way to be ungrateful – as wonderful as Boston is, San Francisco Bay Area is a great place after all.

Going up North to walk the Freedom Trail – Paul Revere’s house – the take away? Paul Revere’s first wife had 8 children and then died in childbirth at age 36 … women were so strong back then … He marries again and then has another set of 8 children – grand total of 16 children. Unthinkable today.

These recommendations made me think – what would I recommend if out-of-towners asked what is the most “typical” and “well-known” eateries to visit in San Francisco or Silicon Valley?
What would we recommend for that Bay Area/Silicon Valley/San Francisco experience.
